    I really appreciate the Triathlon Dominator Package!

    I found it so much complete, workouts, planning, food… I went to Challenge Roth and finished in 11h00.

    Hi Ben!

    Ironman Arizona 2014 was my first iron distance race and one of my greatest race experiences ever!

    Training was so much fun; I averaged around 8hrs per week and peaked at 13 hrs on some weeks about 6 weeks out. I work 50+ hours a week in the corporate world and I needed to get my training in without neglecting my wife. She was super supportive throughout the entire journey, she was also super nervous that I was not training enough. At other Triathlons she would talk to people having 7 hour rides, swimming 2 miles twice a week, and long runs of 20+ in preparation for IMAZ.

    I focused on intensity and quality workouts, core strengthening, and eating anti-inflammatory fat based diet throughout the training months.

    Ironman was my best racing experience!

    I had some stomach issues halfway on the run (totally my fault for not sticking to my sugar free plan) I didn't meet my time goals but I did finish!

    This would have been so much more difficult without Triathlon Dominator and all the great info you provide!
