Instructions: Perform the following exercises with minimal rest. Complete the entire circuit 6x. Each time through, add 1 rep to Swing Squats and Super Slow Pushups, and add 2 reps to Mountain Climbers and Pullups.
5 Swing Squats per side
30 seconds Jump Rope, Run, Bike Sprint or Ergometer
5 Super Slow Pushups
10 Mountin Climbers per side
30 seconds Bicycle Sprint or Run
