  • Endurance Planet Podcast: Interviews, news, and reviews for all topics related to triathlon, cycling, swimming, running, marathoning, ultra-running or any other endurance sports. 30-60 minutes, 3-5 times per week.
  • Rock Star Triathlete Academy Podcast: Triathlon seminars, workshops and Q&A’s with Ben Greenfield and Kerry Sullivan. 30-60 minutes, one time per month (Rock Star members also get a weekly audio seminar).

        I’ve tried a couple of different podcast apps on Android and found Castbox better suited due to it having alot more of Ben’s podcasts available.

    this guy’s fitness podcast is very good- he’s willing to get deep into the science -stuff most people avoid. the major problem though is the young woman who simply agrees or giggles loudly. she seems perfectly nice but she adds nothing to the discussion & distracts from the flow of ben’s talk. it’s strange because ben seems like a confident person – he doesn’t seem to need someone who panders. at times i will just turn off this podcast when she’s on – too annoying to hear her agreeing mindlessly.
