    This program is the best out there. When I started it (4 years ago) it instantly changed my training style (which I’d been doing for about 15 years at about a nearly-pro 18+ hour/week training level with a high level of competition). I was a little sceptical at first given that the volume was so much lower than what I was used to. After completion, I knew it was my most powerful weapon. I had finally achieved many best marks, first places AND my best-ever body! Impressed and very grateful.
