Extreme Workout Challenge #3: Full Body Burn
Instructions: Perform the following exercises with minimal rest.

- Begin with 3:30 second 100% Bicycle Sprint or Treadmill Sprint
- 35 Box Jumps – jump onto 15-20 inch box with both feet, attempting to land as “soft” as possible. Step off, then repeat.
- 20 Inchworms
- 30 Around the World in each direction
- 20 Walking Lunges for each leg, holding dumbbells at 25% body weight or more
- 35 Little Bigs
- 35 Dumbbell Lift & Press
- 35 Dips
Time Limit: 25 minutes
