Extreme Workout Challenge #3: Full Body Burn

Instructions: Perform the following exercises with minimal rest.

  • Begin with 3:30 second 100% Bicycle Sprint or Treadmill Sprint
  • 35 Box Jumps – jump onto 15-20 inch box with both feet, attempting to land as “soft” as possible. Step off, then repeat.
  • 20 Inchworms
  • 30 Around the World in each direction
  • 20 Walking Lunges for each leg, holding dumbbells at 25% body weight or more
  • 35 Little Bigs
  • 35 Dumbbell Lift & Press
  • 35 Dips

Time Limit: 25 minutes
